POSITION OVERVIEW:

Press America is seeking a Business Solutions Coordinator to support our sales team by prospecting and developing opportunities within assigned house accounts. This role is focused on initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and supporting an enhanced client experience.

The BSC will work closely with our Client Care director and Client Care Team, helping to strengthen relationships and build a consistent sales pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, or a related role preferred
• Experience within the commercial print and mail industries is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with outbound phone and email outreach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
